FAQ
Q: Can my child be added to the existing group photo for their group this year?
A: Adding people to group photos requires remaking the group photo again. We can accommodate this request, although a nominal design fee is involved, which will be invoiced after booking.
Q: Are there any other days available?
A: For scheduling purposes, the dates available at time of booking are the only dates currently on offer for studio makeup sessions. We will try to open up more dates if allocations for these days become exhausted.
Q: Can I include my child’s sibling in their session?
You can include other siblings; however, they will be featured in separate galleries for purchasing. Please book additional time slots for any additional children to ensure we can provide them with sufficient attention.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Please be in touch before your session time to cancel or reschedule your booking. You do not need to pay a new sitting fee if adequate notice is provided. However, we will not provide a refund for no-shows.
